Installing
On your LG TV open the LG Content Store, search for Nova TV and install. It requires webOS 5 or newer (2020 models onward).
Adding your playlist
Settings › Playlist › Add a playlist. Choose Xtream Codes login (server URL, username, password) or M3U link (playlist URL and, optionally, an XMLTV guide URL). Both come from your IPTV provider; we cannot supply them.
Activation

| Where do I enter my code? | Settings › Activation › Activation code, then Activate. |
| “This code is already used on 1 TV” | Your code is a 1-TV licence and is active on another TV. On that TV, Settings › Activation › Release this TV, then activate here. Or buy a 2-TV code. |
| I lost my code | Email us from the address you used at checkout; we’ll resend it. |
| New TV | Release the old TV first if you still have it; otherwise email us and we’ll reset the code. |
Playback
- Channel won’t play: try the other stream format in Settings › Playlist (MPEG-TS vs HLS), and check the provider’s connection limit isn’t exceeded by another device.
- No guide on some channels: the provider sends none for them. Nova TV fills what it can from a public guide; hold OK on a channel › “Pick a guide for this channel” to map it by hand.
- Subtitles / audio language: press the yellow button while a movie plays.
- Catch-up: channels marked with a circular-arrow icon support it; press green in the guide to browse earlier programmes.
