1. What Nova TV is

Nova TV is a media player app for LG webOS televisions. It plays live TV, movies and series from a playlist that you supply (Xtream Codes login or M3U link). Nova TV contains no channels or video content and is not a television service.

2. Your content, your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the playlists you add and for having the right to watch their content in your country. Nova TV must not be used to access content you are not entitled to. We do not endorse, verify or support any particular provider.

3. Trial and licence

Every installation includes a 7-day free trial with all features. After the trial, playback requires an activation code. A code is a personal, non-transferable licence to use Nova TV on the number of TVs stated at purchase (one or two). You may release a TV in Settings › Activation to move the licence to another TV. Codes may not be resold or shared publicly; codes found to be shared may be deactivated.

4. Price and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and charged once; there is no subscription. Payments are handled by Stripe. Your code is shown on screen after payment and emailed to the address you entered. Taxes, if applicable in your jurisdiction, are shown at checkout.

5. Refunds

If Nova TV doesn’t work for you, email support@novatv.dev within 7 days of purchase with your order email or activation code and we will refund you in full, no questions asked. The code is deactivated when the refund is issued. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion (for example if the app stops working on your TV model and we cannot fix it).

6. Updates and support

Updates are free and delivered through the LG Content Store. Support is by email at support@novatv.dev; we aim to answer within two business days. We may discontinue the app with reasonable notice; licences remain valid for versions already installed.

7. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer the app’s licensing, redistribute the app or its code, or use the licensing, guide or trailer services for anything other than the app.

8. Warranty and liability

Nova TV is provided “as is”. Playback depends on your TV, your network and your provider, none of which we control. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your licence.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Consumers keep any rights granted by the consumer-protection laws of their place of residence.
